The Classes

Four ways to move

Mix and match across your 21 days. Every class is open level, so challenge yourself the way you need each session.

01 Reformer Spring-loaded resistance work. Strong and controlled, with a different focus each class.
02 Mat Pilates Full-body mat Pilates. Energising transitions, strong core work, props and light weights in the mix.
03 Hot Mat Full-body mat Pilates in a room heated up to 34°C. Energising flows that build strength and flexibility.
04 Suspend Signature Our own creation. Mat Pilates fused with TRX straps.

Forget the bright, white studio. At F2 the lights drop, the playlist hits, and the room glows amber. It's the kind of place that takes the intimidation out of starting.

We keep classes small on purpose, so your instructor actually sees you and your form. You'll work hard, and you'll be looked after.
