REFORMER PILATES
Our reformer studio features state-of-the-art equipment to support you through strength and balance challenges. In our reformer classes, you’ll find everything you love about traditional Pilates, plus opportunities to level up through cardio bursts, weights, and more!
MAT PILATES
A dynamic, full-body mat Pilates class designed to build strength, stability, and control through flowing movement sequences that keep you constantly moving and working hard. Expect energising transitions, strong core work, and full-body burn designed to leave you feeling challenged, sweaty, and strong.
Held in a non-heated room, this boutique-style class is capped at 12 participants, allowing our instructors to provide personalised support and help you focus on form and technique throughout the session.
SUSPEND
Our signature class combining mat Pilates with TRX suspension training to create a dynamic, total-body workout that challenges strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance all at once.
We use TRX straps to elevate your Pilates practice by adding resistance, instability, and new movement patterns to fire up muscles in a whole new way.
HOT MAT PILATES
Turn up the heat with this dynamic, full-body mat Pilates class performed in a heated room of up to 34°C. Expect energising flows designed to build strength, improve flexibility, support circulation, and enhance mind-body connection.
You’ll move, sweat, and leave class feeling strong, grounded, and re-energised, so we recommend bringing a water bottle and sweat towel. With a maximum of 12 participants per class, our instructors are able to provide personalised guidance and focused attention on your form & technique.
HOW WE WORK
All F2 classes are open level and designed to support a wide range of movement experience. With instructor guidance, layered progressions, and a mix of themed and area-focused sessions, you can tailor your practice to suit your goals, energy, and routine.
AREA-FOCUS DAYS
While still delivering a full-body reformer workout, these classes place extra emphasis on specific muscle groups to create variety throughout your week and support a well-rounded movement routine.
Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on the Reformer.
TABATA TUESDAYS
A total body, cardio-based class using the Tabata method of a 2:1 work-to-rest ratio. Your trainer will take you through 3 rounds of high-intensity effort with short recovery periods designed to keep your heart rate up and energy high.
Experience Tabata Tuesdays in both Reformer and Suspend classes.
HIIT THURSDAYS
Cardio-based class which will include at least 3x high-intensity intervals.
Experience HIIT Thursday each week on the Reformer.
TOTAL BODY DAYS
Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energise every muscle group. These classes target all areas of the body for a full-body workout.
Available across Mat Pilates, Hot Mat, Suspend and weekend Reformer classes.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
New clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your class start time to ensure we have time to show you around the studio and provide an induction to the equipment as needed
Doors are locked at class start time; late arrivals will not be allowed entry
Filtered cold water is provided; please bring your own drink bottle
Large towels available for hire
No shoes are allowed in either room and grippy socks are mandatory for Reformer and Suspend classes. Please bring your own grippy socks, or they are available at reception for purchase or hire
Mat towels required for Hot Mat classes

Eucalyptus-scented cooldown towels are available for a refreshing post-class chill
Showers available including Eleven Australia shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion
Get fully ready with us! We’ve got Dyson hair dryers and Airstrait tools for your post-shower routine, plus additional styling products available in our vanity area
